1.) attention. what is actually happening in this moment? in your body? in the room? in other people?

2.) critical thinking. why? how? who said? why do people believe this? how did we get here? how do I know this is true?

3.) navigating change. how can i both deal with the stress of unrelenting change, and also find rest throughout it?
