What is the story we tell about time?
Universally, we agree and know that it is a limited resource. That at some point, we will have none left. But, personally we all choose to wield our time in different ways. Sometimes together. Sometimes apart.
In Western culture, we believe that time should be managed. In order to do more things, we need to think carefully about how we use it. In order to accomplish more, we must cut out all of the things are not focused on production.
In order to to accomplish this we segment our time into days. Days into hours. Hours into minutes. Then we allot those measurements of time for specific tasks. And if we don’t do the tasks within the time we allotted– we call it “wasted time.”
But, what does it mean to waste time?
